The Bella Reign Encounter - Returns & Exchange Policy**

At The Bella Reign Encounter, we are committed to providing top-quality hair products to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy to ensure that all items meet the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

-All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or incorrect ordering. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before finalizing your order.

2. Exchanges Only

- Eligibility for Exchange: We offer exchanges only if the item is deemed defective or damaged by our team. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
  - Unaltered Condition: The hair must be in its original, unused condition. It must not have been combed, brushed, dyed, cut, washed, or altered in any way.
  - Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

- Discretionary Approval: All exchange requests are subject to our approval and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The Bella Reign Encounter reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not comply with our policy.

3. Exchange Process

- Request an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, you must contact us within 3 business days from the time of receiving your order. Email us at Sales@thebellareignco.com

 

with the following information:
  - Order number and proof of purchase.
  - Detailed description of the issue.
  - Clear photographs in great lighting of the item showing its condition and any defects or damage. Please be advised we also take photos of every order shipped. We will match your photos to your filed photo when making our decision

- Review Process: Upon receiving your email, our team will review the information provided and determine if the exchange is acceptable. You will be notified via email of our decision within 3 business days.

- Return Shipping: If an exchange is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-Compliance: Any item that does not meet our exchange criteria, is altered, or is returned without our prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Timeframe- Customer has 72 hours(3 days) from date of delivery to request a return. After the 3 day grace period the sale will be final.
  • Who is responsible for shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping for the exchange to ship new items to customer. 

  • Restock fee of 5% for all returns
  • FINAL SALE items that are labeled final sales and ALL wholesale purchases are FINAL SALES NO EXCEPTIONS!

5. Chargeback Prevention

- Strict Compliance: By making a purchase with The Bella Reign Encounter, you agree to our No Refund policy and understand that exchanges are subject to our discretionary approval. This agreement is legally binding and will be used in defense against any chargeback attempts.

- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we are committed to resolving the issue directly with our customers. However, unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of our policy, and we will pursue all available legal avenues to recover our losses, including reporting fraudulent chargebacks to the appropriate authorities.
