The Bella Reign Encounter - Shipping Policy

At The Bella Reign Encounter, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and related matters.
1. Processing Time**
- Order Processing:** All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Delays:** If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
- Shipping Rates:** Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Delivery Estimates:**
- Standard Shipping:** 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping:** 2-5 business days
- Overnight Shipping:** 1-2 business days (CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING)
- Shipping Carriers:** We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, to deliver our products.
3. Shipping Locations
-Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the United States.
-International Shipping: We ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
### **4. Order Tracking**
- **Tracking Information:** Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
- **Lost or Delayed Shipments:** We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
### **5. Shipping Issues**
- **Incorrect Addresses:** Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
- **Damaged Packages:** If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at sales@thebellareignco.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- **Undeliverable Packages:** If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you. Reshipping charges will apply if the package needs to be sent again.
### **6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
For international orders (if applicable):
- **Customs Fees:** The Bella Reign Encounter is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- **Customs Delays:** International shipments may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

- **Order Changes:** Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
- **Cancellations:** Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
